Some dance background is recommended. I try to make the choreography stylized enough to appeal to dancers, but simple enough to be non-intimidating, even if it's been years since you've been to a class. The tempo & breadth of movement are designed to make sure you sweat. It's not always continuous cardio while you're learning the combination, but after the breakdown phase, get ready to WORK! |
