Several years ago, I started working independently with people one to one, allowing me to take all the strategy used in a group class & focus it individually. I meet with clients in their homes, gyms in their building, in outdoor parks, or other accessible, convenient locations. Most workouts involve total body resistance training, abdominal & back strengthening, and stretching, with the option for a cardiovascular segment as well. Usually we start with a few "Taking Stock" sessions to assess your current fitness level & talk about what you'd like to work on. Based on individual preference, we can start with concrete health indicators like muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, resting heart rate & body fat analysis, and then take it in all kinds of directions. |
